Harley Davidson Electra Glide Speedometer Not Working

It lights up and the odometer shows mileage but has not changed.

If there is continuity at the BK wire at connector 39B replace the speedometer. Also my self cancel on the turn signals dont work. If there is not locate and repair an open in the BK wire.
