You have seriously overtorqued your exhaust flange. If you torque just to the lower end you will still meet the specification. Fit Road Glide Road King Electra Glide.

Dont have the right size in my junk draw Help please. The manual gives you an upper and lower torque limit. Tighten the exhaust flange nuts evenly and to a torque of 60-80 inlbs.
